The objective of the Cecchetti Dance Theatre is to provide high quality instruction for the serious ballet student in a friendly, stimulating and artistically creative environment.
 
Cecchetti Dance Theatre began modestly in 1997. Since its inception, the studio has expanded to a prosperous studio incorporated in March 2004. This non-profit organization is now run by Principal Margaret Dalwood, formerly of Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet School before moving back to Alberta at the beginning of 2004.
